Our department's associate professor, Ferenc Jankó was awarded the Bolyai-plaque

The Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA) awarded Ferenc Jankó, associate professor at our department, with the Bolyai Plaque, which is given to the most outstanding young researchers. In 2001, the Board of Trustees of the János Bolyai Research Scholarship decided to award a commemorative plaque to scholarship recipients who received outstanding ratings for their final research reports. The best among them receive the MTA Bolyai Plaque award.
