Guest scholars from Kyiv and Tbilisi

In the first two weeks of May 2024, we received three guest scholars at our department within the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility scheme. Giorgi Gogsadze and Joseph Salukvadze (full professors at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Georgia, Department of Human Geography) and Yulian Braychevskyy (associate professor at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine, Department of Regional Geography and Tourism) gave several lectures and seminars on Georgia's and Ukraine's human geography, with a focus on political and urban geography. We are glad for our guests' informative presentations and the exciting discussions.
