Doctoral degree is awarded to our colleague György Varga

On June 2, 2025, the Doctoral Council of ELTE University awarded our colleague György Varga a doctoral degree (PhD) in social geography.

The title of the doctoral thesis is: Land use issues in private and public spaces in Hungary: with a focus on cohabitation. 

The research was carried out as part of project number 972499 with support from the Ministry of Culture and Innovation's National Research, Development and Innovation Fund, financed by the KDP–2020 grant program. The research supervisor was Ferenc Gyuris, and the corporate expert was György Kukely.
